Not a Vehicle Access Crossing approval, if the path stays inside your property boundary. Central Coast Council requires that approval, under section 138 of the Roads Act 1993, where concrete crosses the road reserve.

How much does a concrete path cost on the Central Coast?

Paths are priced per square metre and quoted on the job. Access, removal of an existing path and any fall correction decide the final figure.

Can a path be poured after heavy rain?

Not into ground that is still waterlogged: concrete cannot be placed into a waterlogged excavation, so a wet run of days can move a booked path pour.
